1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of the time the order was placed. After this 24-hour window has passed, cancellations are no longer accepted.

2. Return Eligibility & Approval
All returns are subject to approval. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
• Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Refunds are generally processed within 2 weeks of approval.

3. Shipping Costs
Delivery costs for the return are to be borne by the customer. Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized pillow products.
• Items that have been opened, used, or damaged.
